This cider is a collaboration with Sonja at Casa Dumetz, Clementine Carter, and Feminist Party wines. She sourced this grenache for us from Robert Rae Ranch in Sta. Rita Hills. It was our first time doing a grape maceration, crush, and press. We then blended the red juice with cider from the Lewicki Ranch and Vineyard in Creston, CA and organic juice from Oregon. We wanted to make it a little sparkling. As you enjoy the red berry flavors and floral aromas of this very pretty cider, you may start to feel... prettier.
