Made with all organic mushrooms, kale, eggs and of course, pancetta, these scrambled eggs are like none other.
3/4 cup mushrooms
1 dozen fresh eggs
1 1/2 cup of kale
2/3 cup Pancetta Tesa, diced
1/2 cup of grated cheddar
Step 1: In a large pan cook kale, pancetta and mushrooms over medium heat.
Step 2: Add desired amount of scrambled eggs and let it sit for 1 min.
Step 3: Sprinkle cheese on top and keep over medium heat until eggs are cooked to your liking. Enjoy!
