We ferment whole yellow and brown mustard seeds for a week minimum, then blend them with Colony Mash Brewing Postconventional Pils, turmeric, a tiny bit of organic cane sugar and fresh horseradish. This mustard is unpasteurized and HOT like wasabi. A little bit goes a long way. Perfect with grilled meats, in salad dressings and marinades.
