Perfect for lunch or dinner, this zucchini feta pizza is a must-try summer dish.
Ingredients:
Panders Pantry Homemade Pizza Crust
one medium-sized zucchini, sliced
1 cup of goat or feta cheese, crumbled
The Vremerys mozzarella cheese making kit
4 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
Olea Farms Italian Spice Blend
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 450. Place Pizza Crust on a lightly floured slide (or Peal), brush with olive oil, place on a baking sheet (or better yet a pizza stone) and pre-cook 2 MINUTES MAX, and remove.
Step 2: Add mozzarella, zucchini, feta, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch Italian spice blend.
Step 3: Cook until the crust turns brown and crispy and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
