Delivery

Home delivery is available anywhere in SLO County and Santa Maria for a flat rate of $5.00 though it is free when your orders are above $80.

Harvestly.co delivers to all cities in San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County (San Luis Obispo, Avila, Pismo, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, Santa Margarita, Templeton, Paso Robles, Nacimiento, and Atascadero, Santa Maria, Orcutt, Santa Barbara, Nipomo, Los Olivos, Goleta, Solvang)

We deliver on Tuesday and Friday afternoons, between 3:30pm - 7:30pm. The order cut-off time is two days before the delivery date.

For Tuesday delivery, the order deadline is Sunday at 11:59PM. For Friday delivery, the order deadline is Wednesday at 11:59 PM.

Since most of your products are harvested/baked/prepared fresh within 48 hours of your delivery, this order deadline gives our local vendors enough time to prepare and organize their products for your delivery :)

All frozen and perishable items are placed in freezers at the Harvestly.co fulfillment center upon arrival.

When orders are ready to head to your door, our delivery drivers will place your frozen and perishable items in their ice chests or on our temperature controlled truck for a safe delivery to your home.

Drivers don’t take your food out of their ice chest until they are at your doorstep to maintain optimal temperatures.

At Harvestly.co we pride ourselves on our communication with our customers. We give our customers updates on delivery times to ensure someone is there to receive perishable products.

If for some reason you aren’t home, contact your driver and coordinate a time to reschedule your delivery to ensure your temperature sensitive food is not sitting on your doorstep!

Local Pickup

Currently, you can choose to pick up your order from the Harvestly Hub in San Luis Obispo, or from Irish Oaks Mercantile in Atascadero. During checkout, simply choose the 'Local Pickup' option, and you won't be charged a delivery fee.

Orders should be ready for pickup between 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Tuesday and Friday afternoons (varies by pickup location). You can expect to receive an email and/or text notification on the day your order will be ready for pickup.

Products

Some vendors on Harvestly.co are certified organic, but we do not require all of our local vendors to be certified organic. Follow each vendor on their websites or social media profiles to find out more of their farming practices!

We define local as within the same county area. This means that all the food that you can order was grown or made in San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria. 

Placing Orders

If you have already placed an order for delivery this week and you would now like to add more products to that same delivery, simply place another order!

As long as this new order is still placed before the order deadline, we will add this new order to the same delivery.

If you are charged for a delivery fee again with this new order, we recognize when there are multiple orders to the same delivery address, and we will automatically refund you for any duplicate delivery fees.

Subscriptions

Select 'subscribe for recurring delivery' when adding a product to your cart and choose to have your product delivered weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You will be automatically charged two days before your delivery day.

Login to your account > my account > subscriptions > click on ten digit subscription number. From here you can pause, cancel, skip next order, update payment method, or change shipping address.

Alcohol

Yes, alcohol can only be purchased by a customer over 21 years old.

Alcohol can only be delivered if a customer over 21 years old with a valid ID is home to accept the delivery. ID's will be scanned.

Yes, if no one is available to accept the delivery, or if they do not have a valid ID that is confirmed when scanned, then the alcohol product can not be delivered. The rest of the order can still be dropped off, but not the alcohol.
