This is our signature loaf. Like all Wild Bread, the Classic Sourdough begins with our sourdough starter and undergoes a long fermentation process. At 30% whole grain, this loaf exhibits delicious simplicity; mild nutty flavors, and a subtle sour note. It is exceptional when sliced fresh and smeared with butter and a pinch of sea salt or given a light toasting and topped with whatever you desire. It is the perfect addition to any meal and a very versatile bread to boot.
