We ferment organic carrots and habaneros for 1-4 weeks, then strain and blend with fresh carrot purée and spices. It’s got a kick but is not overwhelmingly hot. Considered an “all purpose” hot sauce, many hours have been spent perfecting this recipe and it’s a go-to in our house. Especially good on eggs and pizza.
