These Tried and True (a local Farmers Markets favorite) Crispy Pizza Crusts are made from organic Winter Wheat "00" milled to a fine flour. Additional ingredients include semolina, sour dough, French sel gris sea salt, Rosemary and/or Garlic depending on Chefs choice for the week.
Pre-heat oven to 450+. Place Pizza Crust on a lightly floured slide (or Peal), brush with olive oil, place on a baking sheet (or better yet a pizza stone) and pre-cook 2 MINUTES MAX, and remove. Add accompaniments for example; marinara sauce or pesto sauce of your choosing followed by cheese or equivalent starter layer. Build with onions, and/or …; sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, prosciutto; or pepperoni, olives, banana peppers, or etc. Top with finely shredded cheese. Cook until crust edge turns brown for a crispy done-ness! Pre-baked Pizza Crusts need NO refrigeration for up to one week and can be frozen & thawed for later use. Buon Appetito!
