A fan favorite! Our naturally hickory smoked Jalapeno Cheddar is pork and beef sausage that is handcrafted by Cal Poly Students to include just the right ratio of jalapenos to cheese to ensure every bite is satisfying and delicous!
Ingredients: Pork, beef, water, jalapenos, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, annatto color, powder cellulose, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor)), non fat dry milk, salt, dextrose, spices, garlic powder, sodium nitrite, and sodium erythorbate.
