Using our Classic Sourdough as a base (30% whole grain), we then spice things up by adding grated sharp cheddar and finely sliced, fresh, seeded jalapeños. The cheese and jalapeños are added early on in the process, infusing the dough throughout.
Toasted and topped with avocado makes for a delightful snack or use a couple slices to make an outrageous tuna melt!
