We looked far and wide to source the most delicious olives to be featured in this loaf! Starting with our Classic Sourdough as a base (30% whole grain), we add loads of tree-ripened Greek Kalamata Olives and a dash of Herbs de Provence.
This olive and herb loaf boasts a rich brine flavor that can stand all on its own, a smear of cream cheese, or can accompany a tomato based pasta dish. An olive lovers delight!
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, kalamata olives (olives, water, sea salt), sourdough starter (a natural leaven), organic malted barley flour, sea salt, Herbs de Provence (basil, fennel, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, lavender, tarragon, thyme).
