We make our own pasta from scratch which is rolled up and filled with a delightful combination of Ricotta Cheese and Spinach. Sitting on a bed of Beets and Spinach covered in a creamy béchamel topped with Mozzarella and Parmigano Cheese. To be baked until golden and bubbling. Pure Deliciousness!
