We raise our pork here on the Central Coast.  The tenderloin is the leanest and most tender cut of pork! Tenderloin takes to marinades, rolling, and should be cooked quickly on the grill, seared, roasted or sliced!  The meat in lean and not overcooking this delicious cut is key.

Each tenderloin is approximately 1.5 lbs
